2. Subscription Plans and Billing

- Pricing: Subscription prices may vary depending on the plan selected. Prices are subject to change, and changes will be communicated to you before your next billing cycle.
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged automatically based on your selected plan. Monthly subscriptions are billed once every month, and quarterly subscriptions are billed once every three months.
3. Payment and Renewal
- All payments are made through our secure payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other forms of digital payments.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

- Modifications: You may modify your subscription plan (e.g., switch from monthly to quarterly) by updating your preferences in your account settings. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Subscription products are shipped monthly or quarterly based on your plan.

6. Pause or Skip a Delivery
- You may choose to pause or skip a delivery at any time. Log into your account and select the option to skip a shipment for a specified period, or contact customer support for assistance.
7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
- If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. We will attempt to reprocess the payment within 3 business days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
8. Promotions and Discounts
- Subscription customers may be eligible for special promotions or discounts. These offers are non-transferable and can be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
9. Termination by RapStar Energy
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate our terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activities. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- We may update this Subscription Policy as needed. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
