1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, promotional products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for refunds.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@RapStarEnergy.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the product to:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@RapStarEnergy.net.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
